Are you passionate about working with young children and their parents?


We are looking for a
pediatric nurse to join our team at our small intensive mother-child residential group in Richfield Springs, NY.

Together, we aim to expand our multi-perspective case work

Our group provides round-the-clock care for three underage mothers and their infants/toddlers.


In addition to ensuring the well-being of the children, this role also involves assessing their health and physical condition, collaborating with healthcare facilities, and providing support and guidance on all health-related topics related to pregnancy, childbirth, and infant care.


Due to the young age of the mothers, our approach also includes a strong focus on creating a familial and structured environment, as well as close cooperation with (grand)parents.

This is facilitated by an educator who lives in an apartment within the house and is available to the mothers 24/7, providing continuous support and building relationships.

This is further supported by other professionals working in shifts.

Our project is located in a quiet, detached villa with a garden in Richfield Springs, NY.
