Job Summary

Under direct supervision of the Talent Acquisition Leadership, the People & Talent Coordinator will partner with key stakeholders across the department as well as operational leaders to deliver various services and solutions including.

Supports the Talent Acquisition (TA) team and Hiring Leaders, in coordinating small, midsized, and largescale hiring events.
Plans, conducts/oversees event logistics including coordination of interview schedules, keeping flow of the event smooth, and collaborates strongly with the TA team.
Coordination and tracking vendor management.
Works with various departments across TGH to execute on event needs including marketing, print materials, audio, visual, food and beverage, facilities, etc.
Responsible for day of event coordination including registration, movement of talent, event venue, and flow of day.

Qualifications

Required Experience and Education

Bachelors' Degree or in lieu of degree 5 or more years of experience
1+ years of relevant work experience, preferably in HR

Personal Skills/Attributes

Strong proficiency in MS Office. Experience with Peoplesoft, Outlook, and SharePoint desired.
Experience working with Human Resource data systems preferred.
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy while working with highly confidential information.
Strong prioritization skills and solid sense of accountability.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate and communicate effectively across discipline and with various levels of the organization.
Possess an innovative/thoughtful approach to problem solving.
