Job Summary


Under direct supervision of the Talent Acquisition Leadership, the People & Talent Coordinator will partner with key stakeholders across the department as well as operational leaders to deliver various services and solutions including.


  • Supports the Talent Acquisition (TA) team and Hiring Leaders, in coordinating small, midsized, and largescale hiring events.
  • Plans, conducts/oversees event logistics including coordination of interview schedules, keeping flow of the event smooth, and collaborates strongly with the TA team.
  • Coordination and tracking vendor management.
  • Works with various departments across TGH to execute on event needs including marketing, print materials, audio, visual, food and beverage, facilities, etc.
  • Responsible for day of event coordination including registration, movement of talent, event venue, and flow of day.

Qualifications

Required Experience and Education

  • Bachelors' Degree or in lieu of degree 5 or more years of experience
  • 1+ years of relevant work experience, preferably in HR

Personal Skills/Attributes

  • Strong proficiency in MS Office. Experience with Peoplesoft, Outlook, and SharePoint desired.
  • Experience working with Human Resource data systems preferred.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy while working with highly confidential information.
  • Strong prioritization skills and solid sense of accountability.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate and communicate effectively across discipline and with various levels of the organization.
  • Possess an innovative/thoughtful approach to problem solving.
