We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Sales Representative to join our team at Reel Fathers Rights APC in Corona, CA.

The Sales Representative will focus on handling inbound leads, identifying and nurturing new business opportunities, and fostering strong client relationships.

No prior knowledge of family law is needed for this role. Your primary responsibilities will include effectively communicating the value of our legal services to potential clients. This position will be based at our Corona, CA location.


Annual Salary Range:
$30k-$106k


Key Responsibilities:

  • Genuinely empathize with clients and their situations.
  • Identify and pursue onboarding opportunities through inbound lead management.
  • Follow our proven sales script and process to effectively engage with potential clients.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and potential clients through regular communication, warm outbound followups, and lead nurturing activities.
  • Understand the needs of clients and match our legal services to those needs.
  • Ensure that client needs are being met and that the sales process is running smoothly.
  • Track and report on sales activity and performance metrics.
  • Be able to manage 100+ leads per month effectively.

Qualifications:

  • 12+ years of experience in B2C sales, preferably in high volume environments
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Coachable and eager to grow, with the ability to work independently while also thriving in a collaborative setting
  • Proficiency with CRM and other sales tracking software
