The children's group Till Eulenspiegel e.V. is a self-managed parent association that provides care for approximately 400 children in the city of Braunschweig. We operate 12 facilities with a total of 23 groups for children aged years. Our facilities include nurseries, kindergartens, and after-school groups. Since 1983, we have been committed to a respectful, empathetic, and collaborative approach to education for the children entrusted to us, with small groups of 12 to 20 children and a minimum staff ratio of two professionals.

Your responsibilities

  • Education, upbringing, and care
  • Participation in planning and organizing events and parent evenings
  • Assistance with meals
  • Adherence to hygiene and care measures
  • Documentation of the development of nursery children
  • Collaborative work with parents
  • Conducting development discussions

We are looking for

  • A completed training as a state-recognized educator or social worker
  • High motivation and creativity in daily interactions with children
  • Empathetic and pedagogically valuable interactions with children
  • Ability and willingness to work in a dedicated team
  • Enrichment of our team with your own ideas and personal expertise
