What to expect | We put people at the center of the technical workflow

  • Your tasks include providing fast and efficient technical support for AV and video conferencing solutions at an assigned client's site. You receive support requests by phone, email, or through the ticket system and process them.
  • Ordering (spare) parts and consumables as well as issuing RMAs (return merchandise authorizations) are also part of your responsibilities, as well as documenting problem solutions for our client.
