Responsibilities
Keeping leads updated in CRM.

Managing pipeline through LOS from origination to funding.

Follow up with post-fundings regularly to evaluate customer needs and ask for referrals.

Convert inbound leads when given the opportunity (handed out based on production)

• Be able to learn quickly.
• Leads provided from internet, mailers and multiple radio stations.
• Superior telephone, organizational & customer service skills

Requirements:

• NMLS Licensed required.

Experience with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook proficient) & English proficiency

• Outstanding organizational and time management skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload w/willingness to work until the job is completed
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Impeccable Discretion & confidentiality
