We are looking for a **Shopping Cart

Maintenance Technician **to join our team.

As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for inspecting, maintaining, and repairing shopping carts. You must be comfortable using an iPad/smartphone for company Apps and have knowledge of hand tools and power tools.

Responsibilities

Carry out routine cart maintenance tasks such as inspection, repair, welding, and replacements of locking wheels.
Assist with establishing service procedures for tracking service status, maintaining service documentation, and other necessary protocols
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and repeat business
