Kermit is a collaborative analytics platform that delivers insight to the fragmented and complex category of physician preference items (implantable medical devices), allowing surgeons, executives, and supply chain personnel to reduce spend without disruption.


  • Provide onsite and remote project management
  • Successfully manage the relationship with the client and all hospital stakeholders
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks
  • Present monthly, quarterly and annual business reviews with clients for customer success and supply chain advocacy
  • Utilization of Kermit Transact to monitor client trends with vendors, audit issues, waste. Issues and opportunities documented and brought to the attention of the client primary point of contact
  • Utilization of Kermit Classify and Kermit Insight to monitor client trends, savings opportunities
  • Produces scorecards, reports, and KPIs
  • Attend client meetings, surgeon meetings, and vendor meetings
  • Subject matter expert with the surgeons, clients, and vendors
  • Organize and run the kickoff meeting, slide deck, and presentation
  • Meet with clients to discuss savings opportunities and move them to new projects
  • Liaise with product development team to bring new features to clients
  • Maximize client revenue by moving them toward adoption of additional Kermit modules and use of Kermit in additional division/service lines (bonus activity)
  • Maximize client revenue by moving them to additional division/service lines renegotiation projects (bonus activity)
  • Build renewal success roadmap and manage subscription renewal (bonus activity)

Travel Requirements:


  • Strategic Advisors should expect to travel between 10% to 25% of the time depending on each client's tolerance for onsite meetings.

Education and Work Experience Requirements:


  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal colleagues and external clients
  • Proficient user of Microsoft Office suite. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel required
  • Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service
  • Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices
  • Must be able to provide time estimates for project completion as projects are assigned
  • High school diploma or GED required

Physical Requirements:


  • Must be able to be positioned at a computer for long periods of time during routine working hours
  • Must be able to make presentations and speak clearly
