    GATR Truck Center is seeking to hire a full-time Parts Counter Representatives in our WAUKEE IA location. First Shift, Mid Shift and Second Shift.     PRIMARY DUTIES WILL CONSIST OF BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
    • Ensure outstanding customer service
    • Train in related departments prior to the Parts Counter
    • Clean and organize parts shelves and storage areas as needed
    • Stock incoming parts. Maintain displays.
    • Communicate customer requests to management
    • Assist Outside Sales staff with applications and sales
    • Locate parts
    • Order parts from local vendors
    • Order parts from major suppliers
    • Physical inventory as needed (I.E. cycle counting, spot checking)

    GATR Truck Center is an authorized Volvo truck, Hino truck, Mack truck, and Kalmar Ottawa dealership serving 5 locations in Minnesota and Iowa. We are an authorized Hyundai Translead Dry Van Trailer dealer as well. We are proud to carry a large selection of new and pre-owned inventory. When our customers are ready to invest in a new or used truck or trailer, our friendly and knowledgeable sales, financing, service, and parts departments are prepared to make sure their experience is outstanding.

    QUALIFICATIONS:
    • High School Diploma or Equivalent
    • Valid Driver's License
    • Driving Record Insurable through Company Carrier
    • Ability to Read and Interpret Documents
    • Ability to Document/Communicate effectively
