About the Company

We are a central banking service provider in the Cooperative Financial Group with around 450 employees. As a subsidiary of Atruvia AG, we specialize in business process outsourcing for branch banking and omni-channel banking. We operate a 24-hour customer service center for more than 400 cooperative banks and support our banks with tasks such as processing standard banking transactions, setting up powers of attorney, troubleshooting online banking, and much more.
