We're looking for someone excited to join our Fetch Family that's seeking a growing career in the pet care industry with our Client Experience Team This position is ideal for an individual that is confident and enthusiastic about communicating and building a relationship with our clients and comfortable multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include answering phone calls professionally and appropriately, up-sell and schedule all services and is also expected to learn about or have a current knowledge on dog breeds, life stages, behaviors and nutrition.

Someone who would thrive in this position is successful under pressure and can keep a calm and professional demeanor. Above all at Fetch we are all passionate animal advocates so a love for all animals is a must


Pay:
From $15.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
