We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to fill the position of Area Hotel Maintenance.

Position:
Hotel Maintenance

Responsibilities:

Conduct routine maintenance checks and repairs in guest rooms, public areas, and backofhouse spaces
Respond promptly to guest requests for maintenance assistance
Perform preventive maintenance on equipment and systems to ensure their optimal functioning
Collaborate with other departments to address and resolve maintenance issues
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Participate in scheduled maintenance projects and renovations

Qualifications:

Proven experience in hotel maintenance or a related field
Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and general building maintenance
Ability to troubleshoot and repair a variety of equipment
Strong communication skills and a customerserviceoriented mindset
Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including weekends and holidays
Attention to detail and a proactive approach to maintenance challenges
