ElringKlinger is looking for you as a Production Planner/Dispatcher (m/f/d):
For the location in Runkel near Limburg an der Lahn.

Job Description:

Monitoring and creation of deliveries, deadlines and quantities
Internal coordination with MRP-PP/MM controller regarding delivery deadlines and quantities
Management and monitoring of customer demands, including demand fluctuations
Customer contact for coordination of demands, delivery deadlines and complaints
Processing of customer complaints related to logistical performance disruptions
Monitoring and correction of progress numbers
Creation of customer orders in SAP and ensuring correct delivery quantities
Maintenance of customer portals according to logistics requirements
Internal coordination with warehouse regarding inventory
Monitoring and maintenance of master data in coordination with supervisor and sales
Participation in improving and standardizing work processes
Responsible for measuring and achieving SCM KPIs

Qualifications:

Completed commercial training and professional experience in the supply chain field of an industrial company
Strong analytical and planning skills combined with independent and conceptual work style
Good PC skills (MS Office, SAP)
Fluent German and very good English skills
Strong communication skills with organizational talent and a customerfriendly demeanor
