Summary:


What It Takes To Succeed:


  • 10 + years of experience in SAP system analysis, design, and technical solutions delivery (out of the box solutions and custom development)
  • Experience leading teams that support SAP ECC, S/4, Fiori, Integrations, and HR/Payroll systems.
  • Identify trends and root causes of challenges, determines solutions, and makes recommendations for management consideration.
  • Experience in working with both onsite and offshore technical teams.
  • Develop comprehensive product roadmaps that outline shortterm and longterm objectives, including features, enhancements, and releases.
  • Collaborate with senior IT management to define future IT needs and develop strategic plans.
  • Identify areas for process improvement within IT operations and advocate for necessary changes.
  • Document successful approaches and share best practices to enhance organizational capabilities.
  • Create and execute proofofconcept projects to validate proposed solutions.

What You'll Do:


  • Strong understanding of SAP Product roadmaps and ability to adopt SAP BTP entitlements for Configuration, Setup and Governance.
  • Manage integration projects and subprojects of SAP S/4 HANA implementations.
  • Oversee system design, modification, testing, implementation, and daytoday activities of the technical support teams.
  • Responsible for establishing priorities, making assignments, monitoring progress, and ensuring completion of work.
  • Work with vendors to identify and troubleshoot system issues.
  • Collaborate with operational stakeholders across the company facilitating a collaborative environment supporting IT tools that best suits the needs of the SRP enterprise.
  • Work closely with the SAP functional teams, project managers, and end users to ensure that the projects requirements are implemented in the final delivered solution.
  • Perform supervisory functions including delivering performance reviews, managing employee development, and addressing training needs.
  • Work with management on department budget as well as monitoring and analyzing expenditures for budgetary accuracy and efficiency.

Experience:

Minimum of 7 years cumulative and progressive professional experience


Education:


  • Completion of a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution that prepares the employee for the assignment.
    Hybrid Workplace


SRP currently offers a hybrid workplace, which allows employees whose jobs can be performed remotely, and who have sufficient technical capability, to telework up to three days per week.

Although teleworking is available, all employees must live and work in Arizona.
