The Schwabach Clinic is a modern healthcare provider within the Diakoneo KdöR network, with 170 beds and 500 employees in the departments of internal medicine, general surgery, trauma surgery, orthopedics, anesthesia, and acute geriatrics.

It also includes a physical therapy department with its own outpatient clinic and a nursing school with 60 training positions.

Your responsibilities

  • You will diligently handle inquiries regarding billing from private and statutory health insurance companies, including emergency billing (outpatient KV billing), as well as carry out, process, check, and correct communication with health insurance companies according to 301 SGB V.
  • You will carefully record and verify services for outpatient surgeries and independently handle the billing.
  • You will work closely with the finance department on debt management.
  • You will also be responsible for the daily processing of inpatient admissions and discharges, as well as continuous maintenance of master data/systems.
Your profile

  • You have completed vocational training as a healthcare management assistant (m/f/d), medical assistant
