What you will do:

You will assist in the support and advice of Fraunhofer institutes (nationwide) in the field of industrial property rights.
You will also support in the preparation of patent applications, submit them to patent offices, and monitor the maintenance of national and international protection rights (patents, trademarks, designs, utility models).
In doing so, you will also monitor all official deadlines, ensure their compliance, and communicate with offices and institutes.
Regular training, stateoftheart IT systems, and colleagues who are happy to support you in your apprenticeship will help you in your tasks.

What you bring:

Good to very good secondary school leaving certificate, technical college entrance qualification, or high school diploma.
Interest in legal topics and dealing with contracts and legal texts.
Strong spelling and expression skills,
