From our knowledgeable and friendly Fine Jewelry Sales Consultants who greet each person as they walk in the door to the Goldsmith who artfully crafts one- of- a kind pieces, all of our staff is as caring for our clients as they are their own family.
Our ideal candidate will not only be highly experienced in fine jewelry sales, including providing appropriate jewelry recommendations to our clients they will also:
Be passionate about fine jewelry and exude a deep understanding of jewelry craftsmanship and design.
Possess an in-depth knowledge of gemstones, metals and trends in the industry.
Demonstrate the ability to create meaningful connections with clients, listening attentively to their preferences, and guiding them to pieces that resonate with their individual style and story.
Candidates must be self-motivated and strive to meet or exceed all sales goals while elevating the shopping experience and fostering long-lasting client relationships built on trust, integrity and professionalism.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years' fine jewelry sales experience REQUIRED.
Bachelor's degree and/or Graduate Gemologist certification REQUIRED.
Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with clients, understand their preferences, and guide them through the selection process.
Thorough knowledge of different types of fine jewelry, watches and familiarity with prominent high end bridal designers including Tacori, Verragio, and Hearts on Fire.
Ability to professionally address client concerns with tact and diplomacy.
Demonstrated integrity and professionalism in all interactions with clients and co-workers.
Desire to develop professional experience, committing to continuing education through workshops, seminars and conferences.
Must be able to work on Saturday.
$70, $110,000.00 per year
2.0% commission on all sales plus vendor sponsored incentives.
Expected hours: 40 per
