For our Human Resources department, we are looking for a Head of Human Resources (m/f/d) for our Hamburg location, with a passion for personnel development.


Responsibilities:

You want to:


  • Lead our HR team and be responsible for the strategic development of the HR department.
  • Advise the management on all personnelrelated issues and report directly to them.
  • Design personnel development and retention in close collaboration with the business areas, plan processes and measures, and implement them as a team.
  • Be the contact person for managers in personnel and labor law matters.

Qualifications:

You have:


  • Successfully completed studies with a focus on human resource management or a comparable qualification and have relevant professional experience in the HR field, as well as experience in team leadership.
  • Passion and expertise in personnel development.
  • Basic knowledge of German labor law.
