What to expect

Candidate management - You conduct daily interviews with various professional groups and identify the skills and desires of the candidates. At the same time, you act as the interface between the client and the candidate and attract suitable talents until a successful hiring.

Client support - You work closely with an existing client base of 70 of the largest companies in the Rhine-Neckar region.

Employee support - You support your own team of employees, from creating employment contracts or references, planning client assignments, to conducting feedback discussions, and embodying the service mindset.

Varied workday - You also visit our clients on-site, conduct workplace
