Responsibilities:

Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Collect and record data on client progress and behavior
Assist with the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans
Provide direct oneonone therapy to clients in various settings (home, school, community)
Teach and reinforce appropriate social skills and behaviors
Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure consistency in treatment approach
Attend regular team meetings to discuss client progress and treatment strategies

Patience and compassion when working with individuals with behavioral challenges
