- Efficiently manage incoming communications and customer requests while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
- Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and offer appropriate solutions
- Ensure accurate and timely order entry and address any customer issues promptly
- Act as a liaison between internal teams and customers to facilitate smooth communication
- Train and mentor other Customer Care Representatives as needed
- Identify areas for process improvement to enhance customer service
- Coordinate work activities to meet operational requirements
- Associates Degree preferred or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 4 years in customer service

- Basic mechanical aptitude and familiarity with parts manuals
