PUT Personal Shopper
This position is responsible for the operation of a department.
An individual in this position will be expected to perform additional job related responsibilities and duties as assigned and/or necessary.
Essential Functions:

Maintains merchandise presentation by stocking and rotating merchandise; researching items that are not on sales floor to drive availability; providing feedback to store management on incorrect item descriptions/images; removing damaged or out-of-date goods; setting up, cleaning, and organizing product displays; signing and pricing merchandise appropriately; and securing fragile and high-shrink merchandise.
Provides customer service by acknowledging the customer when in their area; identifying customer needs; assisting with purchasing decisions; locating merchandise; resolving customer issues and concerns; and promoting products and services, while maintaining a safe shopping environment.
Fulfills customer orders by reviewing orders; locating, carefully selecting, and preparing merchandize; reviewing, coordinating, and consolidating customer orders to ensure efficient fulfillment; ensuring the accuracy of orders prior to pickup by customer; following up on out-of-stock merchandise; and ensuring accurate reporting of inventory levels.
Completes work assignments and priorities by using policies, data, and resources; collaborating with managers, co-workers, customers, and other business partners; identifying priorities, deadlines, and expectations; carrying out tasks; communicating progress and information; determining and recommending ways to address improvement opportunities; and adapting to and learning from change, difficulties, and feedback.

From $16.00 per hour
