The ERP department of Liebherr-IT Services GmbH is responsible for the implementation, maintenance, and further development of globally used software systems in the ERP field.

In this environment, we act as an internal service provider for the entire company group.

We are looking for you to join our team in the roll-out, further development, and support of the SER Doxis4 software solution for optimized processing of incoming invoices.

What to expect:

  • Consulting and support for departments regarding process optimization and design of ERP applications
  • Leading, planning, and coordinating international rollouts
  • Analysis, conception, realization, and implementation of new solution concepts
  • Providing system and user knowledge to our key users
  • Analyzing errors and problems and developing new solutions
  • Taking on second and third level support tasks
Your profile


What you bring:

  • Successfully completed studies in the field of business informatics, industrial engineering, business administration, or a comparable qualification
  • Experience in consulting, rollout, further development, and support of complex IT systems
  • Business and practical process knowledge of accounts payable processes is advantageous
  • Ideally, knowledge of SER/Doxis
  • Independent, structured, and solutionoriented way of working
  • Teamwork and strong communication skills in German and English
