    Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), Burn and Wound DESCRIPTION/


    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Work Schedule :
    Full-time, 100% FTE, day shift. Monday
    • Friday either 8:00am 4:30pm or 8:30am 5:00pm, no weekends are required.
    External hires may be eligible for up to a \$3,000 sign-on bonus (pro-rated based on FTE). You will work at University Hospital in Madison, WI.     We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to: * Join the UW Health Burn and Wound team who provides quality care for both adults and pediatric patients from the time of injury through discharge and rehabilitation.

    * Work collaboratively to provide care and education to patients. * Perform wound care including wound checks and wrapping.

    OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

    Education :
    Minimum - * High School Diploma or equivalent * Certificate from accredited Practical Nurse Program Work Experience : Preferred - One (1) year of experience as an LPN Licenses and Certifications : Minimum - * Wisconsin Practical Nurse Licensure * CPR/BLS certification
