***Responsible for the coordination and development of banking activities, ensuring a full range of private banking services are provided to individuals.


ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Meets the credit needs of individuals seeking secured or unsecured loans.
  • Provides deposit related services to customers.
  • Cross sells retail and trust services.
  • Calls on potential and existing customers to develop new business by promoting company services and products.
  • Must have valid driver's license.
  • Completes all compliance training related to the position.

NON-ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Performs all other duties as assigned.


EXPERIENCE/SKILLS

  • Two (2) three (3) years lending experience, preferably with at least one (1) year in business lending.
  • Knowledge of trust products and services.
  • Strong sales and proactive calling skills.
  • Strong relationship management skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to network with bankers in developing new business opportunities. Good PC skills
-proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel essential.

  • Highly motivated.
  • Professional demeanor.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fastpaced environment.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.

EDUCATION
Bachelors Degree preferred.


TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS
Ability to travel to off-site locations for meetings, projects, seminars, etc., as well as ability to travel overnight.
