We are currently seeking a Service Technician (m/f/d) in the automotive sector for our headquarters in Erfurt.

Responsibilities

You will support our team in the field of service technology in both indoor and outdoor service, including:

  • Communication with customers - telephone and on-site support
  • Technical equipment of vehicles with GPS communication systems
  • Independent troubleshooting of communication systems
  • Inventory management of necessary technology, including operation of internal software tools
  • Assistance to customers in handling necessary system components

Requirements

  • Completed training as a car mechanic/electrician
  • Driver's license class B, desirable class C
  • Responsible and independent work
  • Good computer skills/ knowledge of Office
  • Teamwork
  • Work in both indoor and outdoor service, flexibility
