- Talent Management - Branch associate engagement including collaboration among functions, problem resolution, & coaching and developing associates.
- Customer Experience – Satisfactory VOC scores and customer retention rates. Includes any account management activities.
- Operations Management – Ensuring that the Branch meets district goals including any involvement with Fleet / Assets management.
- Financial / P&L Management – Branch P&L performance.
- Other projects as assigned by the manager.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred. If no degree, equivalent work experience is required.
- 5 years of combined experience in sales and management is required

Description
Position Summary:
At Penske, one of our core services is our ability to provide an excellent level of customer experience and satisfaction for our truck rental & leasing, contract maintenance, and repair services customers across 750 locations in the US and Canada.
This role will provide leadership for the Branch and will work with the District Manager to create and execute our business goals and assure that those goals are met by coordinating the efforts of each department.
This role will work with current customers to ensure a positive customer experience including problem resolution and any related customer satisfaction activities.
This position has direct responsibility for the Branch staff and will collaborate with District staff members on a regular basis.
Qualified candidates for this role will have at least 5 years of combined sales and leadership experience including ensuring customer satisfaction.
Must have prior experience with monitoring and impacting P&L, complete asset life cycle management, and planning for annual business plan.
This position will be located at the Penske facility at 8685 Washington Blvd. Jessup, MDMajor Responsibilities:
