- Design, implement, communicate and administrate procurement systems and technology, including governance in compliance with all company policies, data, and data management, reporting and transactional support
- Data analytics/report writing are key objectives for this role. Pivot tables, SQL etc.
- Leverage technology solutions to ensure consistency, scalability, data accuracy and improve the efficiency and productivity of Procurement
- Manage and maintain up-to-date item master data, supplier information, ordering catalogs, workflows, and contract data
- Responsible for strategic purchasing of assigned categories (ex., Marketing and IT)
- Track and report identified non-compliance to procurement policy and procedures.
- Influence vendors and business partners to ensure compliance with procurement policy and procedures
- Partner with Treasury and Finance to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of procure to pay process
- Collaborate with Vendor Management team to ensure compliance with policy and procedures for contracting
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of professional level procurement experience
- Effective communication skills and ability to work well across all levels and functions in the company
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and analytical and problem-solving skills
- Outstanding time management skills and ability to work on multiple projects in parallel
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Program management skills
- Proficient with Office programs (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio or Lucid charts)
- Flexible and open to change
- Proactive, self-starter, willingness to learn
- Demonstrated expertise using procure-to-pay (P2P) solutions like NetSuite and ScanMarket
- MBA or other advanced degree

Position Summary
As a Procurement Systems Analyst, you will work with leadership to implement and manage procurement systems, develop processes and workflows, train users,
identify improvement opportunities, and monitor compliance to policy and procedures. In addition, the role will support tactical purchasing activities, such as obtaining competitive bids, issuing RFP's, purchase requisition and purchase order support. This role reports to the Assistant Vice President of Procurement.
