Reliability TEC Sector Manager (Experienced)

THIS OPEN POSITION IS LOCATED ONLY AT THE FOLLOWING

LOCATIONS: ASHEBORO

The person in this position will be responsible for and lead a team of ~10 to 20 maintenance personnel in an area of the facility. They will ensure the availability and durability of equipment in their sector while optimizing maintenance costs and energy in a continuous improvement approach. This is to allow operations to achieve its goals of safety, quality, cost and production. Expected Achievements

Safety requirements are prioritized and ensured at all times (personnel and equipment)
The maintenance strategy is applied to equipment criticality
Maintenance plans are implemented, to include effective reaction to breakdowns and proactive work on machinery to improve control of the process (reliability).
Effectiveness of machine interventions is continuously optimized (The analysis of maintenance results is ensured and implementation of necessary actions to ensure continuous progress over short and medium term horizons)
Maintenance cost is optimized: operational efficiency, energy and spare parts consumption
The reliability of equipment is ensured, in particular by taking care of obsolescence cases
Resources are adapted (competency and quantity), training and succession plans are created and carried out

Prerequisites

3-5 years prior maintenance management experience is a plus
Proven leadership of teams, have examples of the ability to facilitate progress
Technical degree is a plus
Knowledge of the steps and approach to better machine reliability
Willingness to work in a manufacturing environment
Proven record of development of people through coaching and mentoring and establishment of development plans
