- Schedule appointments for Listing and Buyer Agents
- Follow up with past clients and pipeline of prospects
- Input /manage client-lead databases
- Measure conversion ratios and meet performance benchmarks
- Attend training and establish daily role-play partners
- Practice, memorize, and internalize scripts
- Track monthly and quarterly performance and sales key metrics to ensure sales goals are met
- Manage 30+ new leads each week and work with existing leads to convert them into buying/listing appointments
- Follow up with prospects via email, phone calls, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and generate qualified real estate leads
- Ability to be in an office for the entire day making sales contacts
- Comfortable working in a commission-driven role
- Excellent follow-up, organizational, and time management skills
- Organized, systematic, and detail-oriented, must create a follow-up system for the best results
- Focused on developing a career by participating in ongoing training
- Confident telephone voice
