What you will do:

As part of the tesa Europe Region, the HR Generalist for Osceola Mills, PA is responsible for managing the interface between the European HR Business Partners (HRBP) and the local HR administration.

This includes providing support for local HR processes, services, and employee life cycle management (such as recruitment, compensation, and development).

The HR Generalist will also carry out HR processes and projects in accordance with local requirements and the regional company strategy.

Responsibilities:

Serve as an advisor for employees and their line managers in personnel and labor law related matters
Ensure compliance with local regulations and GDPR when executing new hires, transfers, terminations, and other changes
Collaborate closely with local HR Administration to manage employee documentation and data in HR systems
Prepare and maintain accurate reports related to local personnel
Monitor changes in local legislation, labor law, and market developments and report important changes to line managers
Communicate and negotiate with local works council
Ensure alignment, compliance, and proper execution of agreed actions, processes, procedures, and communications in collaboration with European HRBPs and the Center of Excellence
Develop and implement HR policies for the local Sales organization in alignment with the DACH leadership team and the regional Center of Excellence
Lead or participate in European projects
