Approved Medication Administration Personnel (AMAP) Instructor


Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Instructor to join our team.

As an Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction and facilitating a positive learning environment for our students.

Duties:

• Prepare and deliver engaging lessons in accordance with the curriculum
• Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
• Adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and improve instructional materials
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and performance

Qualifications:

• Must be a Registered Professional Nurse (RN)
• Previous teaching or instructional experience is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to effectively manage a classroom setting
• Knowledge of instructional strategies and techniques
• Passion for teaching and helping students succeed

Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of diverse learners
• Patience and empathy when working with students of varying abilities
