db Landscaping LLC is a small business focused on the entire process of creating new landscapes beginning with design, permitting and consturction.

We are professional, agile and our goal is to create beautiful and enjoyable landscapes.

OBC LLC provides safe and comfortable housing for residents, and office space for professional and medical businesses in the lake Sunapee region of NH.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the owner with day to day tasks that the two business's require, such as bookeeping, planning, marketing/advertising, HR, tracking revenue and billables, client billing and tenant management, lease renewals, communications with current and potential renters, fielding communicaitons for necesssary maintenace and sub contrctor managmeent, showing spaces. Additional we need help with longer term planning and devleopment for both of the businesses.

- communicate with owner, staff members and some client and tenant interactions.

• Order office and jobsite supplies.
• Help our biweekly bookeper do their job efficently by preparing and organizing for them.
• Create or help create marketing, help create our online resources (website and social media). We are out of date.
• Help on projects and special projects after the basics are completed.

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time


Pay:
$40, $60,000.00 per year
