- Utilize MicroStation software to produce accurate and detailed design drawings for roadway projects.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to translate project requirements into technical designs.
- Assist in the preparation of plans, profiles, cross-sections, and other design documentation.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure compliance with industry standards and project specifications.
- Communicate effectively with team members and project stakeholders to facilitate project progress.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a CAD Technician, with a focus on roadway design.
- Proficiency in MicroStation software is essential; experience with other CAD tools is a plus.
- Knowledge of TXDOT standards and procedures preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in design work.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Position Availability:
We are seeking a CAD Technician with expertise in MicroStation to join our dynamic team. This position is critical for ensuring the timely completion of roadway design tasks across various projects.
Responsibilities:
Start Date: Bi-weekly start dates, aligned with project timelines and IT group requirements.
Worksite Location: Hybrid, with a minimum of 3 days in the office. Dallas Fort Worth or Frisco locations preferred.
Flexible work from home options available.
Compensation: $ $33.00 per hour
