    2 Program Specialists Instructional Design Dallas Tampa Boston Jersey

    Will consider candidates based out of Dallas, TX, Tampa, FL, Boston, MA and Jersey City, NJ.


    Qualifications and Skills:

    • 5+ or more years of related experience in designing and implementing programs.
    • Bachelor's degree required, with Masters or equivalent experience preferred
    • Knowledge of adult learning theories and instructional design methodology
    • Proficiency in virtual delivery platforms (WebEx, Zoom, etc.)
    • Experience managing large, complex projects with tight deadlines
    • Knowledge in defining and calculating learning ROIs
