We are looking for a full-time or part-time Inbound Customer Service Representative to join our team at our Hamburg location as soon as possible in a permanent position .

What you will do

Provide customer support and answer product and billing questions via phone, email, mail, and online portal
Enter new customers into our energy industry software
Assist with payment processing and debt management
Create customer invoices
Document and maintain data
Advise potential customers on our services
