Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Service Manager to join our team. As a Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our electrical service department.

This is a leadership role that requires excellent customer service skills, strong mechanical knowledge, and the ability to manage a team effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise the service department staff, including technicians and service advisors
• Ensure efficient workflow and productivity in the service department
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns
• Schedule appointments and allocate resources to meet customer needs
• Perform auto estimating for repairs and maintenance services
• Maintain accurate records of all service transactions
• Monitor and control inventory levels and supplies
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
• Uphold safety standards and ensure compliance with regulations

Skills:

• Strong knowledge electrical repair and maintenance procedures
• Ability to diagnose electrical issues and recommend appropriate solutions
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations
• Experience working in electrical repairs and troubleshooting
• Strong organizational and time management skills

Pay:
From $60,000.00 per year

Experience:

• Service Manager with Elcetrical: 1 year (preferred)

License/Certification:

• TDLR (Electrical) License and Texas Driver License (preferred)
