    Analyst, Clinical Systems (Case Mgmt Applications)- Remote

Analyst, Clinical Systems (Case Mgmt Applications), you will provide provides technical support for Lifepoint's acute care Case Management systems including application interfaces, configuration, maintenance, and customer support. Through active collaboration with Health Support Center (HSC) and Lifepoint facility personnel, ensures clinical processes and workflows are
    supported by the electronic case management solutions.

    · Provide system expertise and assistance as needed to successfully implement and maintain Case Management system automation throughout the system life cycle.

    · Assist with monitoring new system implementation and training to ensure adherence with enterprise-wide operational, regulatory, and clinical guidelines.

    · Lead system team for upgrades, implementations, and testing; provide technical support to Health Support Center (HSC) and Lifepoint facilities.

    · Provide input to department leadership on scope and feasibility of case management projects.

    · Engage with Health Support Center (HSC) and Lifepoint facilities for enhancement request identification, documentation, and prioritization.

    · Create project task list, project plans and documentation for assigned projects.

    · Support and maintain legacy applications across various platforms.

    · Perform quality assurance (QA) testing for system application changes.

    Experience: Minimum 3 years healthcare IT experience or 5 years relevant clinical experience required
