Overview:
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outside sales activities to market and sell vehicles
- Utilize bilingual skills, especially in Spanish, to reach a wider customer base
- Manage the entire sales process from cold calling to closing deals
- Maintain and grow a strong sales pipeline
- Utilize sales management software effectively
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
- Collaborate with the retail sales team to achieve overall sales goals
- Must have a clean driving history
Skills:
- Bilingual proficiency, especially in Spanish, to communicate with diverse customers
- Strong outside sales experience with a proven track record of success
- Proficiency in sales management software to track leads and conversions
- Ability to conduct cold calling and follow up on leads effectively
- Experience in managing and growing a successful sales pipeline
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Prior experience in retail sales is a plus
