SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE:


RESPONSIBILITIES
This position reports directly to the Owner.

Duties include but are not limited to the following:

• Arrange for showing of apartments, and retail spaces, Move-In, and Move-Out Inspections.
• Set up/manage showing appointments with prospective tenants as well as brokers/agents
• Show apartments/tour buildings with prospective tenants as well as brokers/agents
• Interface with property management/construction department to ensure all units on the market/being shown are up to company standards
• Coordinate with ownership to ensure all units are being marketed correctly/clearly and to the best of our ability
• Work with office on new leases/lease renewals etc. to ensure all agreements/arrangements are correct and clear
• Research and incorporate new marketing ideas/concepts such as new or different websites/MLS databases or new technologies that can be used
• Track leasing activity such as active deals/vacancies/renewals/days on market/price points etc.
• Work with multiple departments on a variety of special projects

CORE COMPETENCIES

• Excellent client service and interpersonal skills
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in a residential building
• Strong working knowledge of building systems
• Strong verbal, written & business communication skills.
• Yardi Breeze Knowledge a Plus

Salary commensurate with experience

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
