More than just a start:

Your career begins at Wilhelm Schroeder in Herscheid.
Here, you will be responsible for warehouse management and operating software programs, as well as forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment.
What do we do? We process materials ranging from 5mm steel strips to soft plastic seals and combine them to create functional integrated components for the automotive industry, medical field, and household technology.
You will embark on your journey with approximately 6 other apprentices in Herscheid.
In our company, you will have the opportunity to interact with nearly 160 employees.
After 3 years, you have a good chance of being hired on permanently.

And this is how your training will go:

You will learn how to control incoming and outgoing goods based on delivery and shipping documents, prepare raw materials for production, and monitor inventory levels.

In addition, you will become familiar with our inventory management system, handle cargo securing, and learn how to handle freight and customs documents.
