This position
requires the following:

• Commitment to Christ in personal beliefs and practice.
• Commitment to Gospelcentered, Biblebased ministry.
• Experience working and leading in student ministry (6th 12th grade).
• Energy and excitement for working with students, along with the ability to vision for the direction and future of the ministry.
• Implementation of planned strategies and attention to detail.
• The ability to develop leaders and build a healthy ministry team.
• Commitment to teamwork, consistent communication, and shared input.
• Selfstarting and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to think outwardly to reach families outside of City Awakening.
• A desire to continue to learn and grow personally and professionally.

This is a
part-time or
bi-vocational position with the potential to grow.


Pay will depend on experience and hours available to invest in the job, with a range of $15,000-$30,000.

Work location will be on-site on Sundays, flexible office hours during the week (office located in Oviedo, FL), and work from home.
