***We are looking for a Part

  • Time Patient Services Representative (PSR) who would be responsible for greeting and checking in patients, scheduling appointments and following through with the checkout process. The PSR will also assist with office duties as needed.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Greet patients
  • Check in patients and assist with individual concerns, as they arise
  • Collect appropriate information including insurance overview, copay and deductible assignment and open balances
  • Other tasks, as assigned

Requirements:


QUALIFICATIONS/ EDUCATION/ CRITICAL SKILLS

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Minimum of 2 years in a healthcare position preferred
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic knowledge of computers and office equipment
  • Patientfocused with the ability to work independently
  • Capability to adapt quickly and thrive in a fastpaced environment
