    Description

    Sensible Exterior Preservation is a local company focused on roof preservation rather than replacement, offering various roof coating systems for different types of roofs like asphalt shingles, TPO, PVC, EPMD, Mod Bit, and metal roofs. These coatings come with material warranties ranging from 10 years up to 20 years NSS (no dollar limit warranties).



    Job Overview:
    We are in need of an experienced Roofing Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, cultivating, and closing sales opportunities with potential clients.



    Duties:
    • Identify and explore new sales possibilities through prospecting, cold calling, and networking
    • Establish and nurture solid relationships with customers to grasp their requirements and offer suitable solutions
    • Carry out product demos and presentations to exhibit the advantages of our technology products
    • Collaborate with internal teams to guarantee customer satisfaction and address any concerns

    Requirements:
    • Substantial background in sales
    • Exceptional customer service abilities with the knack for building connections and sustaining long-term relationships
    • Previous experience in the roofing industry
    • Outstanding negotiation skills to finalize deals and meet sales targets
    • Familiarity with utilizing Go High Level or similar CRM software
    • Capability to work autonomously and efficiently cooperate with cross-functional teams
    • Valid driver's license with readiness to travel for client meetings

    Job Types:
    Full-time, Part-time
    Pay: $20 - $100,000.00 per year
    Expected hours per week
    Benefits: Flexible schedule, Commission pay
    Schedule: 4-hour shift, 8-hour shift
    Travel requirement: Yes
    License/Certification: Driver's License (Preferred)
