As part of our two-year trainee program, you will gain comprehensive insights into the structures and processes of one of the most modern and efficient pharmaceutical production and logistics centers in Europe. You will actively support various technical departments in their daily operations and through independent project work. Experienced mentors, subject matter experts, and our trainee network will accompany, challenge, and support you. You can expect interesting tasks in a competent team with an international focus at the highest level.

Minimum Requirements

A completed Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Engineering Informatics, Automation Engineering, Process Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a comparable field

Interest in computer-based systems, networks, and future distribution networks

Relevant previous experience (e.g. internships), ideally in an international environment

Excellent English and German language skills, both written and spoken

Strong analytical, creative, and entrepreneurial thinking

Excellent communication skills, high social competence, and leadership potential

Willingness to take on responsibility and motivation for personal development
