Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to our guests. You will also provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive and enjoyable experience for our patrons.


Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and take their drink orders
• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and nonalcoholic drinks
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area
• Check identification to verify legal drinking age
• Monitor alcohol consumption and prevent overintoxication
• Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Upsell drink specials and promotions
• Handle cash transactions accurately
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations
• Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Bartender or in a similar role is preferred
• Knowledge of brewing techniques and mixology is a plus
• Familiarity with POS systems for order processing
• Ability to handle food safely and follow proper food handling procedures
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage with guests in a friendly manner
• Proficient in operating cash registers and performing retail math calculations
• Basic math skills for measuring ingredients and calculating bills accurately
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
