    Shifts Available and Hours: Night shift

    7PM - 7AM EOWEO

    Job Summary: This position will oversee cast house operations, as well as lead and supervise a team to achieve optimal productivity. This position reports to the Cash House Manager.

    Required Education/Experience:

    • Bachelor's Degree or combination of education and 8 years' experience
    • Microsoft Office proficiency is required
    • Minimum 5 years supervisory experience

    Preferred Skills/Qualifications:

    • Lean Six Sigma
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Adaptable to change
    • ISO 9000 experience
    • Molten metals experience preferred

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Oversees all daily operations in the Cast House
    • Directly responsible for the safety and development of employees
    • Update and review JSA's
    • Mentor supervisors, team leads, and operators
    • Work to improve process constraints
    • Conduct quality audits
    • Attend daily safety meetings
    • Conduct daily process inspections
    • Maintain production and quality records
