- Our marketing team offers a large array of marketing and advertising materials

- You will have the flexibility to work in office or remotely
- Direct access to executive management
- Effectively coach and develop branch staff through selling techniques, marketing ideas, developing new lead sources, and closing mortgages
- Oversee the marketing initiatives for branches by working with appropriate Company channels (e.g., Marketing and Compliance) to promote and maximize sales opportunities while ensuring compliance is followed
- Monitor assigned branches sales goals and sales activities by analyzing and documenting trends and communicating sales "best practices" to Branch Managers and Producing Sales Managers
- Ensure that assigned branches maintain a high level of internal and external appearance for customers while following Company brand standards
- Act as a resource to Branch Managers, Producing Sales Managers, and/or Loan Officers by being knowledgeable of company products, policies and procedures, underwriting requirements and systems utilization
- Five + years previous experience in a similar role
- Previous experience within the mortgage industry
