    Job Description

    PURE Property Management is seeking a Field Support Specialist to join their team.

    Pay Range: $24/hr-$25/hr

    Pay Frequency: Biweekly

    Position Hours: 40 Hours/Week

    FLSA: Non-Exempt

    The Field Support Specialist plays a key role in property management by conducting fieldwork at various properties. This position requires attention to detail, strong communication skills, and physical stamina. The job involves tasks such as property evaluations, vacant property checks, and light cleaning. The ability to prioritize tasks and thrive in a dynamic environment is essential.

    Duties:

    • Complete assigned work orders in line with company policies.
    • Conduct different property evaluations.
    • Document property conditions and identify necessary repairs.
    • Utilize computer and smartphone-based tools for dispatching.
    • Assist property management team with field work.
    • Maintain a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
    • Adhere to safety standards and regulations.
    • Stay informed about fair housing laws.
    • Follow company uniform and grooming standards.
    • Keep company vehicle clean and well-maintained.
    • Attend required meetings and training sessions.
    • Perform other duties as assigned.

    GENERAL GUIDELINES:

    • Basic knowledge of maintenance tasks like plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.
    • Active MN driver's license.
    • Reliable daily transportation.
