- Job Location: Budapest, Hungary, 9th District, Mill Park office building
- Role Type: Permanent
- Full-time Employment, 40 hours/week
- Provide Level 1 IT support by resolving clients' IT issues as their primary point of contact
- Handle end-user inquiries via tools, phone, and email
- Ensure accurate documentation and logging of calls utilizing the ticketing system
- Escalate complex issues to Level 2 support teams
- Keep users updated and take ownership of ongoing cases to ensure resolution
- Enhance and maintain customer satisfaction levels
- Proficient in Dutch with upper-intermediate English language skills
- Experienced in customer service, preferably in an IT Help Desk or customer support role
- A university graduate with a willingness to learn and a customer-centric mindset
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Flexible, dynamic, and able to multitask with a team-oriented approach
- Logical thinker with excellent problems solving abilities and open to working in shifts
