DUTCH Speaking Service Desk Representative

Job Details

Job Location: Budapest, Hungary, 9th District, Mill Park office building
Role Type: Permanent
Full-time Employment, 40 hours/week

Job Responsibilities

Provide Level 1 IT support by resolving clients' IT issues as their primary point of contact
Handle end-user inquiries via tools, phone, and email
Ensure accurate documentation and logging of calls utilizing the ticketing system
Escalate complex issues to Level 2 support teams
Keep users updated and take ownership of ongoing cases to ensure resolution
Enhance and maintain customer satisfaction levels

You Are

Proficient in Dutch with upper-intermediate English language skills
Experienced in customer service, preferably in an IT Help Desk or customer support role
A university graduate with a willingness to learn and a customer-centric mindset
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Flexible, dynamic, and able to multitask with a team-oriented approach
Logical thinker with excellent problems solving abilities and open to working in shifts
